The unique value of this session was not its engaging, fun, and dynamic format, but its structured approach that guided us from reflection to evaluation and then to action planning. This methodical, rule-based process ensured objectivity and fairness, allowing us to develop a clear understanding of our roles and the expectations associated with them.

Who should join?

Not all experiences are for everyone. Your previous background and current context are extremely important for the success of your learning adventure, so make sure you're ready for it.

This program is a fit if...

You’re an LxD or L&D professional wondering, “There’s so much to learn, where do I begin?”

You’re a new LxD and don’t know what is expected from your role and what “success” looks like

You’re looking to build an actionable career map with a clear purpose and timeline.

Who’s not a fit?

You have NO prior experience in designing learning experiences, programs or courses.

You expect a sage on the stage to deliver a monologue. This course is highly collaborative, and we expect everyone to participate, interact and engage deeply.

You cannot commit 4-5 hours per week or attend the live workshops.

nikita

I’ve worked on aspects of learning experience design across my work, however, the workshop brings together the key concepts and frameworks in a very structured manner and helped me learn and think about various elements.
