Learn about your brain

Get a grasp on the fundamentals of how your brain takes in and processes information, stores it (memory) and how we often work against the system.

Learn how to learn better

Once you have an understanding of the operational system, you’ll be able to understand and apply knowledge and methods to learn better with more strategy and intention.

Learn how to integrate science into learning design

Be able to look at the way you design learning through the lens of the brain and the operating system. This is where you’ll learn to integrate function and theory and become more aware of the advantages and limitations you have when designing learning.

Week 1

Demystifying AI technology

Gain a deeper understanding of AI as a technology, NLP (Natural Language Processing) from one of Sana’s engineers and overcome your apprehensions. We will understand the current companies to look at who are shaping this industry and where you can get up to speed. This week will enable you to hold conversations on AI and its applications.

Week 2

Increasing L&D productivity with AI 

This week, we'll delve into the practical applications of AI in Learning and Development (L&D). We'll examine what tasks can be automated, and explore real-world examples of successful AI implementation. By the end of the week, you'll have a clear understanding of the transformative impact AI can have on L&D.

Week 3

Mastering AI prompts for L&D

In this week, we'll focus on the art of creating effective AI prompts. We'll provide strategies and guidelines for structuring AI prompts, and explore how AI can be leveraged to design personalized learning personas and programs. This will equip you with the tools to integrate AI into your L&D initiatives effectively.

Week 4

Exploring the future of AI-augmented L&D

The final week of the course looks towards the future, exploring the potential applications of AI in various industries, including L&D. We'll discuss the emerging trends in AI and how they can be applied to draft personalized learning journeys. By the end of the week, you'll be equipped with the knowledge to identify opportunities for AI application in your own field.
