For the last eight years, I have been on a mission to make the life of my fellow HR colleagues easier by leveraging systems and analytics. I have an unpopular opinion that most of today’s HR roles will vanish due to automation and innovations in the HCM software space and that we all should train in all areas, from recruiting to payroll, and aim to become Full Stack HRs.
