Dinye Hernanda is the L&D expert to call when it comes to building an L&D department from the ground up. Launching her career as an innovation manager in large corporations, Dinye transferred her entrepreneurial and inventive mindset to L&D, particularly thriving in the dynamic environment of hypergrowth startups. Dinye has set up L&D processes and infrastructures in four different companies, often taking on multiple roles such as trainer, facilitator, coach, and problem solver. In 2021, she was recognized as one of the 'Thirty Under 30' in L&D, affirming her contributions and thought leadership in the field. But Dinye's influence extends beyond accolades. As a mentor and consultant, she's lent her expertise to countless L&D professionals across a range of sectors, from corporate to startup, aiding them in maximizing their business impact.
While new information will definitely be useful, the most powerful learning will come from making sense of it for your context, actually applying it, and receiving feedback from facilitators & peers.

Not all experiences are for everyone. Your previous background and current context are extremely important for the success of your learning adventure, so make sure you're ready for it.
L&D Professionals - This includes those who are transitioning from a corporate or more structured environment to a smaller setting such as startups or small to medium-sized enterprise, or those already in startups who want to formalize or expand the Learning and Development function.
HR Professionals - Those who are looking to expand their skill set into the L&D area or has responsibility over L&D, particularly in the startup context.
This is a very hands-on and practical learning experience, so we welcome curious and eager individuals who are ready to get their hands dirty and experiment together with the group.
Startup Founders and Executives - Those who want to understand the value of L&D and how to implement it in their organization to drive growth, performance, and retention.
Those who expect this to be a lecture series 🙂
