We’ll cover the building blocks of rapport and specific tactics to negotiate more effectively. You will leave this series feeling justifiably confident and prepared to handle difficult internal and external negotiations.

Share simple steps to ratify agreements with negotiation partners, and continue improving your negotiations over time.
