Local Chapter Leads contribute to making L&D a more impactful and fun role, by spreading the knowledge about Offbeat in their cities and taking care of the local communities. They are curious, passionate, comfortable with sharing their knowledge publicly, and embrace learning opportunities as they come. ♡
We're looking for L&Ds that are passionate about their work, and would love to gather a small community around them.
You're a Learning & Development professional, of course, but that's not all that matters;
You often find yourself like you can't stop talking about your projects. You're happy to chat about your work to whomever has an ear to lend;
You can't stop yourself from always wanting to learn something new. Your curious and passionate not just about the end result, but also about the learning process;
You like being part of a community and bringing people together;
You don't find it odd or too out of your comfort zone to share your thoughts on LinkedIn or other social networks;
It's all going to be about learning, fun, meeting new people, and working together with us to grow Offbeat.
Although we're planning on keeping all the knowledge sharing online, meeting in person does have its benefits. So you will take care of bringing people together for fun activities so you can get to know each other beyond your L&D roles.
We want to grow our community and you'll be one of our ambassadors. Either digitally, through your social channels, or by organizing local get to know each other events, you'll help in bringing new fellows to Offbeat.
Being part of Offbeat means that you'll keep on learning! This is one of our most important values and we live and breath it! You'll have a dedicated onboarding process, mentorship, consultancy from the Offbeat team, but also time to reflect so you can share your thoughts and lessons learned with the world.
